Byfar the clearest example of how someone has bought their black belt and claims to be a real black belt. Ramon Diaz is a theif, he milks his students and will not rank you up, unless you pay him, he's a pussy, walking around saying he's hurt all the time, if you wanna go there, listen to nothi he says and listen to Josh or Ben,they are the real black belts in the class. Just fyy, Aragon paired for his black belt, he cried and cried to Joe moreira to give it to him, you can see iron his eyesm when joe comes to do a seminar there in palm springs. So if you want ago train with someone who will only milk you for your money and will teach a move for a month or so, go there and waste your money! Ramon Diaz your horrible and a white belt can summit you, go home you crippled wanna be!

He will only milk you for your money, why do you think Cub Swanson left this gym? All he wants is money, slow teacher, does not realize his students re better than he is, shit he told me I was horribleness I competes at a blue belt level as a white belt and took 2nd place, won't give u a blue belt unless you drop at least 1 thousand dollars in his pocket

Ramon Diaz is a punk, this is all true, he paid for his belt. He is only willing to rank you up unless you pay him at least for a year, he does not recognize talent, he is a fake black belt, I'm glad I stopped going there years ago. Fake ass black belt, he can talk but can't back it up, Ramon is a pussy like this other guy says! He bought his belt, and the he tries to tell his students he erned it! Bullshit, always claiming he's a bad ass, but can't back it up! This place won't ever grow, people see that Ramon's a fake nod that's why they don't come back!

Ramon is a great instructor! He added a lot to my guard game.Being a wrestler I had a strong top game.Ramon walked me through many sweeps helping me with small adjustments went along way!Hes solid.I have trained with Caquie black belts namely Bill Benavides who was the head bjj instructor at Team Quest in murrieta. Along with Olympic latter ranked Wreslters. To say Ramon is only after your money is Crazy! There were times I couldn't pay him for the month and he was tottally understanding about it!

Ramon is a nice guy, very nice guy, the students there are for the most part pretty nice, even tho they are cocky and have attutitude problems, but Ramon does seem to milk his students, he only promotes his class pets, he's a joke, I train at his rival BJJ studio and Ramon will get killed by my coach, lol, it's funny how the truth finally comes out and others see Ramon for what and who he is, it seem very likely he paid for his belt, come on, you students shouldn't be able to take you!

I'm a Ramon Diaz/ Joe Moriera 2nd degree Brown belt, I have been training under Ramon For 8 years. I also train regularly with Dan & Anthony @ CVBJJ, another amazing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu acadamy in the desert. I am a reflection of my instructors, so to say that Ramons Black belt is fake, is to say my belt is fake too. If anybody has any questions, comments, or concerns about this bullshit, please feel free to come in and train with us:) Please contact me for additional info, 7605787411. Thank you and have a blessed day.

Aarons just mad that everyone could make him cry in class pretty much even when he'd roll even me when im 145lbs and hes what 300 somethingggg and if Cub thought so badly about our school he himself wouldn't still come train with us or his brother or students. And if you think you deserve a belt Aaron come and roll a whole class without b*tching about something.IDK who would want to give you a belt regardless.

Alli you are to funny, you must think the guys roll with you for reals! Lol, keep dreaming, enjoy your blue belt, even though its from a fake instructor, the only thing holding that place together is Josh, Ben, and a few others! Funny how the page is about Ramon and your making it about me!

I have been training with Ramon Diaz for 11 months now and I was shocked to read the above comments. Let me be clear to everyone, Ramon is far from money hungry. I am two months behind and I pay him what I can when I can, he is beyond understanding and patient. He runs a business and pays for the gym space, but he's never turned away a student for lack of payment! As for those who question Ramon's skill, he is an older man who is not very big but he can submit guys three times his size. Ramon is a humble man and never claims to be a badass, but he is quite capable of teaching anyone how to be a badass. Ramon does not give away belts fast because he wants to ensure every student is ready; Ramon is a strong man in his beliefs and can not be bribed by someone looking to get promoted. Any student looking for a good school to train should feel quite welcome at Palm Springs Jiu-Jitsu and see for themselves. I am the "General", come roll with us!

I learned and trained at Palm Springs jiu jitsu since 2004. Ramon is by far one of the best instructors I have ever had. His a good man and I have a ton of respect for him. I feel sorry for boneheads that talk trash online for no reason and I hope God humbles your heart. Josh, Ben , Cub, Morgan , myself, and many others have learned majority of bjj game from Ramon. PALM SPRINGS JIU JITSU is awesome. "Sweat in peace, Bleed less in war." Cody Ridley says so.
