Classy instructor, who has competed at international level. Well equipped gym, fully matted and good bunch of guys that train there. Also runs conditioning classes that get results. Got into the best shape of my life training there and won a few bjj medals! Currently working towards my purple belt.

Fantastic coach with great experience, amro is not just a coach he is a friend, mentor and all roung great guy who will always make time for you no matter what the problem is. I've always classed myslef as a fit guy but since I've been attending the classes at volcano my fitness levels have went threw the roof, my confidence in my own ability has also benefited massively due to the fantastic and highly informative coaching classes that amro teaches, his knowledge of bjj is second to none and no two classes are the same which helps keep you highly motivated, I can only give amro 10 out of 10
