Coach Rodrigo is outstanding. He has the deep, high-level knowledge that only comes from training with pro fighters and elite BJJ practitioners. He is friendly and approachable and very attentive to his students. He also works very hard and offers a wide variety of classes at different times - he even added classes to be able to accommodate the schedules of a few students. Great man, great BJJ coach.

I am new to bjj, but coach Rodrigo's classes have never been intimidating. He treats all of his students with respect, from the most experienced mma fighters to the most novice of white belts. If you want to learn Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu from a world class, world renown instructor, Rodrigo Artilheiro is the man for you. A class act all the way

I have had the pleasure to attend a no gi seminar with Rodrigo Artilheiro, and had the opportunity to train with him while I was in atlanta. Rodrigo is one of the most knowledgable instructors that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Rodrigo is world class in judo, wrestling, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu... a very rare combination, if you have the chance to train with him DO IT!!! You will not be sorry you did...

I had the privilege to attend a seminar taught by Rodrigo Artilheiro in Massachusetts at my professors academy. His teaching style and attention to detail was second to none. He went over some great Kimura series and reverse triangle set-ups. It was an honor to be part of this day long seminar. Most importantly, Rodrigo was always smiling and ready to help with any questions. One of nicest guys I've had the privilege to learn from! Osu! Scott

Coach Rodrigo, "The Big Guy", is a truly amazing instructor. I'm blessed that he has the time to train us and show us his jiu jitsu. I love that he keeps nothing from us, no secret moves he keeps under his belt, if there's a variation or a sequence he shows us right there! He's also a great human being and positive role model. He's the guy I want to be like. Thanks coach, you're the best!

Rodrigo has the expertise and combines that with a great eye for detail, attentiveness and a kind nature. A great teacher who works as hard as an instructor as any student in the class. Just great!

He is a great guy, martial artist and instructor. This gentle giant is able to teach both children (he taught my grandchildren) and adults with the same kindness and expertise.

Best instructor I have had in any martial art. I learn something I can use in a live situation every class, even if we are going over something I thought I knew already he shows me something that makes me better at it.

I totally agree with all my peers comments above. Coach Rodrigo is awesome. He's the real deal. Do not hesitate to train under him, great man, great methods, great accolades! I've been around various other martial arts for some time, and I can say truthfully that nothing is fake and that everything can be applied quickly and effectively to your overall BJJ/MMA game. He's coached on TUF too - it doesn't get more real than that. Do yourself a favor and check out Artilheirobjj.com

amazing instructor. patient, clear and concise in his instruction. can break down complex movements into simple understandable terms that even the most inexperienced white belts can understand. pays attention to all of his students and gets enjoyment from watching them develop. and i don't have to go into his mountain of world class accomplishments.
