LOL. Len, why are you trying to pose as me? You know everything I said is 100% true. You have no record in MMA, boxing, or jiu-jitsu and are trying to pose as a coach. Also, you mention Ken and you fail to look at his grappling record. His record is lengendary and he has won matches against some great opponents, many which are on video. You mention is MMA record, which isn't so stellar but you have never stepped in the cage. It is easy to criticize when you are standing behind a computer screen. You know you couldn't even last more than 30 seconds in a grappling match against him. Dennis is a phenomenal coach and you would know this if you ever took one of his classes. He doesn't misrepresent his record and has been coaching for many years. You mention him but aren't you trying to coach with no record as well?? Your head coach is teaching Muay Thai and has never been in a Muay Thai fight. He has just started learning it through a few seminars. Also, insults don't make your arguments more valid. Insults only weaken your credibility. You need to stop creating multiple personalities to defend yourself as well. Doesn't it get tiring to keep creating personalities?

@Scott what's your competition record? Unlike some other people from the competition , Len doesn't misrepresent himself (you know like wearing belts they haven't receive and stuff like that,) What makes Len a good coach is his ability to convey ideas in plain English and break down techniques in a concise manner. Maybe Len won't last 30 seconds with Ken in a grappling match but I know that Ken wouldn't last 25 seconds with Len in a stand up fight especially since he got a propensity (you do know what this word means?) to get KTFO (BTW 0-3 MMA record is not just "so stellar" is pissed poor) and his head coach didn't just learned Muay Thai from seminars as you tried to imply, he learned from the greatest Muay Thai coach in Thailand, Master Toddy, not some dude that claims to teach Muay Thai but calls himself a sifu. And why are you people in Tai Kai giving adults children belts? TYour jiu Jitsu must be so good that you circumvent the graduation requirements put forth by the IBJJF!!!! Good Job Scott!!!! Is too bad you come to this page to criticize others when there's so many skelletons in you guys closets. In the words of Ice Cube "Check yourself before you wreck yourself"

My wife and I took privates with him for a few months. He is an awesome coach! I've been in many gyms and he was one of the best coaches i've had. Loved the no nonsense approach and the fact that he made sure we knew what we were doing and why. I went to the mall. the other day they have moved. Does anyone know where they are located?

Good luck scheduling a private. I think he is only there a few days a week now. I tried getting some privates in but he was to busy. heard he was doing stuff with a tac team a lot now. But hey if you can get in he is a good coach.

Len is definitely a busy guy and a popular trainer, if you are interested in setting up privates with him you can contact Len through the website and or directly of course. Inner Circle has Boxing classes four days a week for anyone interested. I am not sure where the tactical training ideas come from but I am pretty sure those are just misunderstands. This site is intended for feedback regarding coaching though so maybe some side comment was misunderstood and that gave someone the wrong impression.

Does anyone know how to reach him? His number has been changed and I have sent emails to his Facebook page but he doesn't reply. A friend of mine said he hasn't replied to him as well. Anyhow he was a very good coach. I took privates with him in a little bit of everything. I enjoyed working with him and now I have more time would like to start up again. I think he is great! He was very straight forward and all business. Kinda quiet. I liked how he made sure everything he taught was done correct and we knew it before we left. I was so happy when i found him after a stint with a dirt bag looking to get my number and not train me. Len is kind of intimadating but such a nice guy when you get to know him. I trained with him for a few months a while back. I had never trained in anything before. I was mainly looking for like self defense. So, Len trained me in like a mix of boxing and bjj. The bjj was like a type for the street i guess. I learned chokes using a shirt, how to grip, using pant legs and using the clothing for sweeps. I thought he was amazing! I always tell my girfriends about him. Simply a wonderful coach and a very nice guy. Thank you for all of your help.

I would like to talk about my experience with coach Len. I am a single mom. My son who was 11 was being picked on. one afternoon walking through the mall i happened to stop in to the gym. I will admit I was intimidated by him at first. after explaining my situation Len said "bring him in." So we stopped by the very next afternoon. Len trained my son two days that week. I asked him his price as my son liked him very much and was comfortable.He refused money. He trained my boy in boxing and bjj. That man took a very timid boy and gave him confidence. He also lost 33 pounds. I will forever be thankful to him. He is a great coach and a very nice man. Thank you Len from the both of us. Maria

I would like to state that these inner circle guys are and have always been very polite and respectable no matter in person or online. However contrary to the others. I agree that the Inner Circle is very respectful to their clients, however, there is someone that calls himself lenhamiltonbjj who it appears has misrepresented himself. I again ask him to meet me in a (cage fight) with grappling gloves to prove that he is indeed as good as he claims to be. This should stop all the back & forth to all the namecalling, and represent BJJ with the respect this art should have.

I have offered a challange to lenbjj. Rather than take on the challange he lets his friends talk for him. This was a chance for him to prove his skills,and quiet the naysayers. I dont feel he is answering any one's statements.Is it a question of his skill,or a fear to go to the mats that makes him ignore all. I've watched his videos and he has made some dangerous mistakes that could be fatal to those he is teaching. ie. the gun video. Don't pull a gun away from someone like that,if you do the guy with the finger on the trigger is going to shoot you. Stop the hammer by putting your finger between the hammer and the slide. He should get on the mat and learn how to teach his students the right way to do things. I have also gone to look at his videos. Just curious because I got interested in the reading after making a comment for a friend. I don't know this man or the jerk on the page. I have trained krav for almost 10 years with military training. This Len guy demonstrates proper krav technique. He also says in one video that if a gun is pulled you have two choices "give them what they want and take a chance of being shot or attempt to save your life." This man seems to think he is the be all end all of bjj and now krav. He is the troll that is on every other page.I am confused to why he spends so much time watching videos of this man and trolling his page? This is what makes these sites bad. Not sure what the other gym is but good job at making it look like an 8th grade lockeroom. Iam sure this Len guy doesn't follow this page. Ihave taken notice that when his people make a good comment this guy chimes in. I will make good comment here and send my men here as well. Checked the videos Fred. Retard above you dont know anything about weapons! You obviously do not train krav like us! The gun in use is a semi auto. When grabbing the slide it stops the weapon from firing! Len you probably do not read this page but i have 11 years and counting. Everything you did is 100% correct and how we teach it at our gym. Which I am sure you know. Training people to be safe is a passion most of us have. Remember the ass trolling is the minority in our passion.

Proper technique and good skills sir. I went through your videos and unlike some claiming to be the god of bjj I do not claim to be the god of krav. I am just a highly trained man with many years in this system. I couldn't add to anything you have shown as the videos are meant to be what they are quick tellings which brings me to say there are some people believing they can be trained by videos. I never trained under this guy but trained with him at two different gyms. I was at their new gym only for a few months. I enjoyed it very much. I did take double boxing privates with him with their boxing coach his boxing was very good I do know. Their jits coach Walter was a very nice guy and a good jits coach. I really enjoyed the classes and the guys i trained with there. Walt was a very good coach. I would recommend training there. Hope Len is doing the boxing classes now because they guy they had sucked. If ever back in NY I would for sure hit that gym up again.

Dear Fred: I don't own a computer so i'm having a friend put this out to you. My name is Leonard Hamilton Sr. The father of Leonard Hamilton Jr. (aka lenbjj). Let's begin with your remarks about the techniques used to disarm someone with a 45 automatic are wrong!!! I can introduce you to a man who tried to yank a 40MM out of his brother's hands. Unbeknown to him, his brother hand a round loaded into the gun. He grabbed the slide,the hammer was cocked and his brothers finger was on the trigger. The hammmer was on the back on the outside the slide. The gun went off and he was shot through the right palm, doing damage that will need surgery to repair and he will make him unable to have the skills to shoot again. When you grab a gun you should grab it by the grip and put your thumb between the hammer so it won't fire. Your thumb will hurt,but you won't be shot and possibly killed.There are automatics that you can't see the hammer. Any fool knows if you grab the slide on a hammerless automatic,with a round in the chamber, and the safety is off and the hammer is cocked,when you yank the slide,he's going to pull the trigger. I'd really like to see you demo this, and the expression on your face when the gun goes off. I have never done cage fighting and would be interested to know if you have. I know my son has never cage fought. He is not a golden glove fighter and he has never fought professionally,and has never boxed Golden Gloves in any competation. As far as my son being a great pistol shot, One-he didn't show how far away from the target he was he just held it up. The only targets i've ever seen him shoot (and you wouldn't classify him as an expert ,) was only at 15 feet at the North Sportsmans Club in Central Square.Even at that distance they wern't all in the bullseye. I asked him to shoot at 25 or 50 yards and he packed up and left. I would offer my son $500.00 cash to show me that he can actually shoot like this as the several times i've seen him shoot he couldn't. The picture of him on his bjj site with the 5th degree black belt just happened to be Wallts instructor who was called to do a demonstration in the studio at which time Walt asked him to present this belt to him. He never had instruction under this man. Now to address my abilities, I have over 36 years in the military and 10 years as a contractor. I was in Vietnam in 1965. Since then my career has been in the Army with Special Opps and a contractor. I am a Blue Belt at Inner circle with Walt. I do mixed martal arts and boxing. I am an expert in and have taught hand to hand combat with a k-bar. For those of you who don't know what that is (it's a knife).I am an expert rifle shot, long range shooter, a sniper, an expert pistol shot. Walt at Inner Circle has seen my government documentation.I have this paperwork in my safe. So, if you want to say i'm blowing smoke up your a-- You can speak to either Walt or my son lenny jr. and they will tell you how to contact me. Walt will also tell you i'm a streetfighter and not a phony. I Love my son, and I am proud of him, but when I see all the credit he is taking that he hasn't earned and his combat training,(which was a 16 hr. course in shooting)doesn't certify him to be a combat instructor or to be teaching this art form that can cause someone to get killed.For this part and saying he is - I am ashamed of him. He is a want-to-be ,from what I read your all trying to be more than you are and people should be scared because of your Israli combat techniques. I'd sure like to know where you learned that. As far as I know in this area there is nobody who teaches this that knows what he's doing. I would be interested to know about your krav training and your military training. Did you get your training on line? I would like to know what your experience is. What branch of the military were you in . Were you active, reserves or national guard. What was your MOS, infantry or desk pinkey. No infantary man would make a comment like that I'd like to see you take a gun or a knife away from me. Where to start? I guess first I will say Gianna I don't know you but you have the best posts I have ever read. I'm sure you and Denise will have a riot during your meet out lol. After reading the posts let me start with the stalker guy you all are loling about. First of nice fake story about your friend and the 40mm. No gun extraction done with the thumb over the barrel unless they were instructed by you. Further more no cqb or krav instructor would EVER be foolish enough to tell his people to try to put their thumb in the hammer. Never happen! What was instructed in the video you mentioned was standard krav exraction and done very well i might add. Why this guy Walt would have this man teach? Because from what I have seen this man has done his training! As far as meeting me at my gym, well after reading that you are elderly I will let it pass as we do not have an elderly division. I might also add from what I have seen as to the trash you pulled here I would hope your ass was bounced out of that school. I do not know this man here but seeing the people he has trained with in his pictures (and yes they were training pictures NOT photo ops as suggested.) Also viewing what and how he teached this man is more then able! So to the dementia guy stay off posts where you are obviously not welcome and stop acting like you may know what you are saying. You have done no more then made a laughing stock of yourself. Len bjj keep posting your videos we here enjoy seeing others train in what we do. The girl Gianna you have made us all laugh.
